Cancellation Policy

  1. Workshop Cancellation: If you need to cancel your registration for a workshop, please notify us at least 3 days before the scheduled workshop date. You may cancel your registration by contacting us at contactmustskills@gmail.com.

  2. Subscription Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your subscription to MustSkills services, you can do so at any time by accessing your account settings on our website.

Refund Policy

  1. Workshop Refunds: Refunds for workshop registrations will be provided according to the following guidelines:

    • Cancellation within 3 days of the scheduled workshop date: 100% refund.

    • Cancellation less than 3 days before the scheduled workshop date: No refund will be provided.

  2. Subscription Refunds: MustSkills subscriptions are billed on a monthly/annual basis and are non-refundable. You will continue to have access to MustSkills services until the end of your current billing period, after which your subscription will be canceled.

Exceptions
