Our founder

Kanika Kaliraman is a compassionate advocate for mental well-being and personal growth. As a founding member of a mental health company, she gained invaluable insight into the challenges faced by individuals struggling with mental health issues. However, her journey goes beyond this role. Kanika has dedicated herself to addressing the root causes of these challenges and believes in the power of proactive measures to promote mental resilience and well-being.
